Catherine is the daughter of Richard Hoffman. She has been around the trucking business for many years. She has put in countless hours into business as far as getting the work, hiring the drivers and doing the bookkeeping. Catherine has worked her way up the ranks starting as the bookkeeper in 1969, then as a driver in 1972, and now she is responsible for all aspects of Hoffman Trucking, Inc. Catherine is now the President of Hoffman Trucking. Congratulations Catherine!!! You've earned it!!! In her spare time she likes to go to Kaw Lake, dune bugging, jet skiing or painting on wood & has taken up scrapbooking. Let's not forget that if she gets close to a Casino, she will have to check it out for everyone. Catherine just got back from a cruise out of Miami; they traveled to Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau, Bahamas. While in Nassau they were docked next to the largest ship to date in the world the Oasis of the Sea it has 2150 crew members and will hold 5400 passengers, now that's a ship. Catherine is still trying to learn how to maintain the Hoffman web site what a chore remember her age she doesn't train as easy as she use to!

Catherine has a Pomeranian dog and her name is Dollie. Dollie weighs in at 2 3/4 pounds; Dollie is now almost 8 years old. Dollie is always at Catherine's side or on her shoulder; Dollies loves attention so give her a hug and a dog treat. Dollie is at the shop everyday letting Richard know that someone is in the shop. She has a few things she is very proud to call hers, mainly her sons, two daughter-in-laws, and her 4 grandsons, Cody 23, Mat 21(yea) Alex 18 and Nathan 1.

But she also has a couple of other babies. With purple being her favorite color, you can only imagine the amount of purple hanging around, even in her garage. She has a Purple 1999 Ford F250, which she drives. It's the feeling of having it that is special. She also has a 1955 Crown Victoria that she is very proud of. The Crown Victoria was originally shoe white and regency purple. The crown is in the paint shop being restored.

Catherine also enjoys being very active in NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), and has held the office's of director for 2001-2003, vice president 2003-2005, president 2005-2007 & secretary 2008-2009 the NAWIC NEWS editor for 2003-2005. Catherine has chaired the local Block Kids competition for 3 years, chaired The Annual Sporting Clay Shoot for 2 years. 2007-2010 she has served as a past president on the scholarship committee, her duties this year is to serve as president. Catherine has served on the Region 6 committees of Block Kids Regional chair 2009-2010 & Membership chair 2006.
