Pictured are four generations of the Hoffman Family. Above from right to left is Richard Hoffman, Catherine, Brent, and Alex Deal. Richard Hoffman is the founder of the company, Catherine is Richard Hoffman's daughter, Brent and Chris are Catherine's sons, and Alex, (Big Al) is Brent's son. Richard Hoffman is now retired but still spends the majority of his time at the Hoffman shop, reading the trade magazines and checking on Brent. Catherine, become President of Hoffman Trucking, Inc. in 2004, she is responsible for all of the day-to-day activities of the business. Brent is the shop mechanic, estimator and drives H-8 truck. Big Al, although only 17, is just one step behind his dad. Chris is Catherine's other son and he has stepped up to the plate and is the dispatcher in the field and drives a truck and moves the equipment that needs relocating.
